I help companies implement AI and agents to automate work. I use large language models (LLMs) and solutions that I know through my own practical experience and testing in specific applications.

The starting point is a business need: a task or process the company wants to improve. I select the tools and deployment approach to suit that goal.

Working with these tools in practice helps me understand their capabilities, limitations and requirements. I use this experience to propose applications suited to each company's needs.

Our work together can cover the entire process: identifying the need, selecting a solution, preparing it, testing it and launching it.

First, we define the task and the expected business outcome. Then we assess how AI or agents can support it and how the solution will fit into the way the company works.

I select local or cloud solutions according to the client's needs. I take into account requirements relating to data, continuity of operations, and implementation and maintenance costs.

I pay particular attention to local language models running within the company's environment. I see them as an important option for businesses where control over data, service availability and costs are significant considerations.
