XAL — technical support, development and migration

I draw on over 20 years of experience with XAL to support companies using the system. I combine knowledge of the software and programming with an understanding of business processes, particularly in manufacturing companies.

I help with the day-to-day use of XAL, extending its capabilities, and preparing and carrying out migration to another system.

I also address issues within the XAL software itself. I analyse how it operates, investigate the causes of problems and carry out the work needed to resolve them.

I combine knowledge of the system's technical aspects with an assessment of how an issue affects the company's processes and everyday operations.

Developing the existing system

Long-term use of XAL often involves adapting it to the specific needs of a business. When planning changes, I take into account how the system is used and the solutions that already support employees.

I help extend functionality, adapt it to changing needs and connect XAL with additional tools.

Preparing for migration

I also support companies planning to move from XAL to another solution. I combine knowledge of the existing system with experience in process analysis and managing ERP projects on the client's behalf.

I help identify the needs associated with the change, prepare the data, and plan and carry out the agreed migration scope.
